Write what this agency's listed prices include and leave out — agency fee, taxes, registration — and whether they can be negotiated.

How do I hold a unit?

Explain how a hold works here: who makes it, for how long, the deposit it needs and when that deposit is returned — under your own terms and law.

What documents do I need to rent?

List the documents this agency asks a tenant for. Never add a criterion about who may rent that your law does not allow.

Do you manage properties for owners?

Say whether this agency manages property — collecting rent, maintenance, statements — and what it charges for it.
