The gym's own terms
Write each term as this gym practises it: when a membership starts and ends, freezing and extensions, refunds and cancellation, unused sessions, guests, lockers, and what happens to a member's data.
Measurements, progress photographs and nutrition plans belong to the member, are kept in their own account, and are never used to advertise the gym without their separate consent. Nothing on this site is medical advice; a member with a health condition should speak to a qualified professional before training.
